| Abstract: | This article is concerned with the practice of t he heavy-weight-bearing basketball in the training of shooting skills. The exp eriment shows that the practice of the heavy-weight-bearing basketball has pro duced a remarkable effect on improving the standardization of shooting performan ce and percentage of hits,thus providing a new way for the training of shooting skills. |
