| Abstract: | Cross-Country Orienteering has carried out in a few of vocational schools in Suzhou city,but its popularity needs to be increased.In this paper,we＇ll analyze its impact of students＇ physical and mental health and its promotion to PE Course Reform in vocational schools by studying the documentary and using logical analysis.Besides,we have pointed out the necessity of the carrying out Cross-Country Orienteering.In a word,this paper aims at popularizing Cross-Country Orienteering in our city＇s vocational schools by providing theoretical assistance. |
