| 摘 要： | 随着我国体育体制的改革以及运动员受伤和事故的不断增多,伤残运动员保障问题成为当前社会关注的焦点。文章分析了我国运动员伤残保障体系的地位、伤残表现特征,并在此基础上探讨了运动员保障体系的现状与不足之处,并为进一步完善我国伤残运动员保障体系提出了伤残补偿办法、资金来源和三级医疗服务。
