瑜伽练习对普通高校体质弱势群体身心影响的研究

摘    要:采用文献资料、访谈、实验及数据统计分析等方法,在高校体育康复保健课中,对体质弱势群体学生引入瑜伽内容,并进行为期16周的瑜伽教学和练习,比较分析实验前后身体形态、生理指标和SCL-90心理水平得分等。结果表明,长期瑜伽练习可更好地提高高校体质弱势群体的身心健康,促进全面发展。

Abstract:The research introduced yoga into college athletic rehabilitation class for weak constitution students. After had been taught and practiced yoga for 16 weeks, compared and analyzed the body shape, physiological index and SCL-90 psychological level score of before and after experiment by using the methods of literature data, interviews, experiments and data statistical analysis. The results showed that the long-term yoga practice can improve university weak constitution group's physical and mental health well and foster their comprehensive develooment.
