| 摘 要： | 分析中国网球竞技人才流动的基本机制和发展趋势,探讨竞技体育人才流动机制的理论依据。用文献调研、逻辑分析法研究得出结论：不同的历史时期中国的优秀网球竞技人才的流动性存在着典型的不同特征,网球优秀竞技人才的流动性是推动网球运动发展的根本性因素,网球优秀竞技人才在垂直流动、水平流动、职业转换和国际流动几种形式当中存在着不同的前景和需要。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed China’s tennis basic mechanism and development trend of athletic talent,theoretical basis of competitive sports talents in China’s circulation system.With the use of a literature survey,logical analysis,it concludes that different historical periods of our country’s best tennis athletic talents of liquidity have different characteristics,and outstanding athletic talent mobility is a fundamental factor in promoting the development of tennis in China,while China has varying perspectives and needs for tennis athletic talents flow in both vertical and horizontal occupational conversion flows,and the international flow of several forms. |
