| 摘 要： | 高校高水平排球队的管理模式和因此而产生的系列问题是长期制约高校高水平排球队可持续发展和我国大学生排球联赛竞技水平提高的瓶颈问题。构建我国高校高水平排球运动队的管理模式，为我国高校试办高水平排球队提供了一些新思路、新概念，为我国高校排球运动和CUVA的可持续发展提供了理论参考。

| Abstract: | The organizational model of high-level volleyball team and the problems deriving from it are the main factors that influence the persistent development of hign-level volleyball team in Chinese college and university.The study provided some new ideas and concepts for our volleyball of colleges and universities,and provided a theoretical reference for our colleges and universities volleyball campaign and for CUVA sustainable development. |
