| 摘 要： | 对人才培养模式理论进行综述研究，明确体育休闲娱乐和人才概念的内涵以及人才培养模式的内容，同时构建体育休闲娱乐人才的培养类型目标和培养规格目标体系，再根据培养目标设置包含中华民族传统体育内容的现代体育休闲娱乐课程体系，主张实行以学分制为主的培养制度，强调合理的教学原则和科学的评价体系，来确保课程体系的顺利实施，从而构建起富有“通识教育”精神的体育休闲娱乐人才培养模式。

| Abstract: | Firstly,the paper constructs a theory framework with summarizing and analyzing the theory about leisure sports and recreation,science of personnel and talents cultivation mode,which provides a basis for the following dissertation.The author establishes a goal system of training type and training specification on sports leisure and sets up a modern course system including Chinese nation's traditional sports. |
