网球设备的缩放比例对儿童运动表现的影响

摘    要:为了研究网球场地面积和网带高度对儿童击球的影响,16个女孩(9.7±0.5岁)必须在4个不同的场地条件下和ITF的正常规则下进行一盘完整比赛,在不同的情况下,根据儿童和成人比赛之间动作反应的时间需求差异,使用比例来调节球场大小和网带规模。研究结果是儿童打出了更多的致胜球,同时出现更多的受迫性失误,在更靠前的位置上击球。将球场和球网的规模缩放到一个可以让儿童更快的击球,更接近于成人比赛。根据统计变量之间的差异表明,缩放网带会有更积极的比赛感觉。因为它为儿童技能的习得提供了一个更有吸引力的学习环境。

Abstract:To study the effect of tennis court area and belt height on children's batting, 16 girls (9.7±0.5 years old) were performed to play a complete game under 4 different venues with ITF normal rules. In different situations, according to the time demand of action response between children and adults, the proportion was used to adjust the size of the court and the size of the net belt. The results showed that children played more winning balls and more forced errors, hitting the ball in a more advanced position. Reducing the size of the court and net to one that allows children to hit the ball faster and closer to adult matches. Based on the difference of statistical variables, the scaled mesh belt will have a more positive sense of competition, because it provides a more attractive learning environment for children to acquire skills.
