| 摘 要： | 随着近年来我国游泳运动的发展,竞技游泳受到越来越高的重视。通过观看游泳比赛和训练的相关视频及资料、查阅相关文献,从游泳运动的体能特征、心理特征、技术、战术等方面进行论述。研究游泳运动员的体能现状特点、训练方法及其规律,为制定科学的训练计划提供理论依据,为我国游泳运动项目的训练水平和竞技水平的提高奠定理论基础。

| Abstract: | With the recent development of our sport of swimming,competitive swimming has been paid more and more attention.By watching the swimming competitions and training related to video and data,access to relevant literatures,this paper has a discussion about swimming from the physical features of swimming,psychological characteristics,technical and tactical aspects.Research on the physical characteristics of swimmers will provide a theoretical basis for establishing scientific training programes and lay a foundation for the improvement of swimming sports training and competitive level. |
