| 摘 要： | 作为推动我国群众体育事业、促进全民健身的一个实施载体和重要引擎,全民健身场馆的社会地位与日俱增。对PPP模式在全民健身场馆应用中的优势和可行性进行分析,并以我国台湾地区为例,藉由其现行的"促进民间参与公共建设法"之法令与制度框架,分析台湾地区民间参与公共运动设施建设及运营模式,以期对大陆全民健身场馆与PPP模式的结合应用提供借鉴经验。

| Abstract: | As a carrier of implementation and an important engine to promote the sports industry of our country and national fitness, the social status of national fitness stadiums is gradually improving. The article analyzes the advantages and feasibility of PPP in the application of national fitness venues and takes Taiwan area as an example, based on the current legal and institutional framework of “To improve public-private partnerships at public works” ,Through the analysis that private participation in the construction of public sports facilities and the operation model in Taiwan region , in order to provide reference for the combination of national fitness stadium and PPP model in mainland of China. |
