| Abstract: | Based on theories and methods of group dynamics in physical teaching,this essay puts forward the principles of setting explicit teaching goals,drawing practical and efficient class regulations,developing proper rivalry and active cooperation,making democrat and harmonious atmosphere can accomplish the teaching task successfully and improve teaching effect and teaching equality. |
