| 摘 要： | 了解宜昌市城区参与运动健身人群的体质现状．寻找对策。方法：选取宜昌市城区800人以上会员的8所商业运营的健身场所．以当天一个单位时间参加健身的347人为对象。进行身体形态、机能和素质等指标的测试与问卷调查。结论：宜昌市城区参加商业性营运健身的群体主要是收入相对较高的知识型中年女性，学历文化层次在大学专科以上；年龄集中在35y～45y之间。他们的形态发育较为理想，身体机能、素质指标发展不平衡。同时，健身场所的体育健身指导员队伍急待改善。建议：加强全民健身意识、终身体育观念的宣传教育；在有氧健身锻炼中，增加力量练习内容；建立科学健身指导系统．规范健身指导员资格的认定和从业管理。

| Abstract: | In order to know present healthy condition of participants in Yichang,about 800 people over eight members of the commercial operation of fitness places are selected a day to participate in the fitness unit time for the 347 vouchers to test their physical fitness form,function and quality indicators.Results show that the city district participants in the commercial fitness groups operating income are relatively high in the knowledge middle-aged women,the academic culture specialist at the university level and above focusing on at the age of 35~45.Bodily functions,indicators of the quality of unbalanced development,power quality and the associated function indicators need to be raised.Meanwhile,fitness establishments of fitness instructor's team are urgent to be improved.It is advised to strengthen all-round exercise consciousness,conduct lifelong sports idea,increase fitness training,establish fitness guidance system and standardized fitness instructor qualification as a business and management. |
