| 摘 要： | 通过21届亚洲女篮锦标赛、哈尔滨和上海2站4国邀请赛和东亚运动会,可以看到:中国女篮的防守有较大的提高;正在努力贯彻增加运动员的高度、淡化主力与非主力界限,轮番上场、位置模糊化等现代篮球理念.同时比赛的过程中也反映出中国女篮缺乏传统的快速灵活的特点、对抗能力差、稳定性差和经验不足等缺陷.建议在今后的训练中应针对问题采取有力措施加以改进,并切切实实注重后备力量的培养.

| Abstract: | From 21st Asia Title Match of Woman Basketball,Haerbin and Shanghai stations of Four Countries Invitation and East Asia Games,it could be seen that defence ability of Chinese Woman Basketball improved a lot and modern(basketball) theory,including increasing athletes height,desalting the difference between main force and non-main force,going into battle in turn and blurring the position was carried out.Meanwhile,the games reflected some traditional weaknesses of Chinese Woman Basketball team,such as lacking speediness and agility,bad antagonizing ability,poor(stability) and less experience.Measurements should be adopted and supporting team should be brought up faster. |
