| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,对百年未有之大变局下中国体育外交进行剖析和解读。研究认为,中国体育外交肩负传递中国和平发展理念、为恢复大国政治互信创造机会、向世界讲好中国故事、推进"人类命运共同体"构建的历史使命。当前,中国体育外交面临战略谋划有待加强、机制建设尚需完善、理论研究水平有待提高的内部困境,以及大国博弈下体育政治风险上升、疫情影响下全球体育遭受重挫的外部困境。提出应对方略:完善机制建设,推进体育外交国家战略化发展;夯实理论基础,构建中国特色体育外交理论体系;拓宽实践维度,积极参与国际体育治理;深化体育人文交流,加强体育外交跨文化传播能力建设;做好防范预案,避免体育政治风险事件发生。

| Abstract: | By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,the paper analyzed and interpreted China’s sports diplomacy under the changes unseen in a century.This study holds that China sports diplomacy shoulders the historical mission of spreading China ’s concept of peaceful development,creating opportunities for restoring political mutual trust among major countries,telling Chinese story to the world,and promoting the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.Today,China sports diplomacy is faced with internal difficulty,such as strategic planning to be strengthened,mechanism construction to be improved,and theoretical research level to be improved,as well as external difficulty,such as rising sports political risks in the confrontation of great powers,and setbacks in global sports under the epidemic.Strategies:We should perfect the mechanism construction to promote the national strategic development of sports diplomacy,consolidate the theoretical foundation to construct the theoretical system of sports diplomacy with Chinese characteristics,broaden the practical dimension to actively participate in international sports governance,deepen sports humanistic exchange to strengthen the sports diplomacy ability of crosscultural communication,and make preventive plans to avoid sports political risk events. |
