| Abstract: | In this paper, the author takes Qi Haifeng as object and sample for research, selecting ten sub-item targets of ten outstanding decathlon athletes abroad. Then the author finds the differences among them through sub-item contrast studies and gives some advice for training, which will provide a basis for further scientific training. |
