| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查法、访谈法等方法研究了宁波江东区的老年人休闲体育行为,结果显示,老年人对休闲体育硬件设施等方面的满意度较高。今后,应该在加强政府对老年群体的人本关怀、购买NGO提供的老年休闲体育服务、从培养老年社会体育指导员等方面促进该领域的可持续发展,特别是非政府组织的深度参与。
