| 摘 要： | 通过对中外优秀男子乒乓球运动员年龄分布特征比较分析,发现：中国优秀男子乒乓球运动员出运动成绩的年龄偏小,成长期短,运动员的最佳竞技年龄小且竞技保持阶段时间短,运动员退役年龄较早,并针对这种运动员＂早衰＂现象进行分析研究,分析其主要原因,提出合理化建议和对策。
