| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计等方法,对高校大学生假期体育锻炼制约因素进行研究。结果表明:在校大学生的健康意识、家庭的经济状况和支持力度、居住地的差别以及周围体育场地设施的配备情况等是影响在校大学生进行假期体育的重要因素。

| Abstract: | Based on documentary materials,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,the study in this article about the constraints on physical exercise in vacation for university students finds out that the important restraining factors influencing vacation physical exercise of university students are the health awareness of students,the family economical situation and encouragement,the difference in residential areas and the conditions of sports field facilities,etc. |
