| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法等研究方法，对中国运动员社会保障特别是就业安置、社会保险、社会福利与竞技体育可持续发展的关系进行了论述，认为：完善运动员的社会保障机制有利于促进我国竞技体育的可续发展。
