| 摘 要： | 影响跨栏项目成绩的因素有栏上技术、栏间技术、专项素质、心理素质、恢复等几个方面，其中专项素质是重要方面。通过查阅文献．从跨栏跑项目的专项素质出发，指出了跨栏跑的专项素质特征及评定方法和生理学依据．为合理训练跨栏运动员的专项素质提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | There are several factors which influence the grade of hurdle race are the technology on hurdle, the technology between hurdles, the expert physical diathesis, the psychology diathesis and resumption etc,the expect physical diathesis is important aspect. In term of the diathesis of hurdle race, by consulting a lot of literatures, this paper points out the physiological gist, the diathesis characteristics and the assessing methods of hurdle race. All these discussions offer theoretic gist in order to train the hurdle athlete better. |
