摘    要:运动会造成细胞内氧自由基生成的增加,使细胞及细胞器功能损伤或者低下。大量的研究表明在自由基对细胞影响的信号转导机制中,核转录因子NF—κB起着重要作用,调节着由线粒体到细胞核的信号转导,进而调节着下游因子的表达,使细胞对由自由基造成的损伤进行应答。

Abstract:Exercises cause the production of ROS increased, and this can induce the cell dysfunction. Numerous studies have shown that NF - κB may play an important role in the effect of ROS on cellular signal transduction. NF-κB regulates the signal pathway from mitochondrion to nucleus, and activates the downstream factors, resulting cellular response to the ROS- induced injury. The purpose of this review is to make a statement of the role between NF- κB and exercise- induced call injury induced by ROS.
