| 摘 要： | 为了解南京林业大学《国家学生体质健康标准》的实施情况,掌握在校大学生体质健康状况和总体发展趋势。根据2009年度大学生体测试获得的有效数据,采用文献资料和数理统计等方法,从学生的身体形态、身体机能、身体素质及综合评定等方面进行研究,结果显示：南京林业大学学生体质健康状况总体一般;身高标准体重指数呈偏态分布,偏向较低体重的一侧;肺活量体重指数相对较差,柔韧力量素质相对较好;女生的体质状况好于男生,大二年级学生的体质状况最好。建议应加强大学生的健康管理,倡导大学生建立积极健康的生活方式;建立健全对学生体质健康的检测和指导;体育教学中加强大学生体能发展,关注高年级大学生课外体育锻炼;开发适合不同体质大学生的运动处方。
