| 摘 要： | 散打是一项竞争激烈的竞技体育项目,组合技术在比赛中的运用频率和得分效果,都远大于单个技术动作,是运动员在比赛中获胜的主要手段。当前散打比赛,组合技术动作以2次和3次击打为主,以4次组合为辅。简单组合技术运用的成功率低于复杂组合技术的成功率。依靠经验选择的＂常用训练组合动作＂与实际比赛中的＂实用比赛组合＂还有较大差距,许多实用比赛组合在训练中还没有得到足够重视。以吴松录＂得意技＂——前刺后鞭组合技术特点及在比赛中的应用进行分析,希望能为散打竞赛训练理论的完善及教练员执教和运动员训练提供一定的借鉴和参考。

| Abstract: | San Da is a competition vehemence of tournament athletics item,in San Da game,the usage frequency and the result of getting a goal which in the consecution technique is far better than the list technique action,consecution technique is athletes＇ main means of win in the game.This text takes Wu Song Lu＇s ＂satisfied technique＂——stab a boxing first with kick a leg later on the combination technique characteristics and the applications in the games for analysis,we hope that it will perfect the theory of San Da contest training,and provide certain of draw lessons from with reference for coach members and the athletes＇training. |
