| 摘 要： | 在体育课教学与运动队训练的实践过程中 ,把教学与运动训练有机地结合起来 ,在传授掌握基本知识、技术与技能的同时 ,培养并挖掘大学生在体育锻炼方面的兴趣与潜力 ,以提高大学生的体育意识 ,满足不同的体育需求。这不仅有利于改进和指导体育课教学 ,而且保证了运动队的训练。同时 ,也促进了全民健身运动的广泛开展 ,对推动课外体育活动 ,丰富校园文化生活有着积极意义。

| Abstract: | This article is based on teaching and training.Through researching we found that connecting physical education with sports training well will not only improve and direct the teaching but also guarantee the training of sports teams.Furthermore,the amateur training also has a good affection on the widespread of mass sports.It furthers the extracurricular sports also and enriches the cultural life of campus. |
