| 摘 要： | 运用文献研究法、访谈法、实地调研法及层次分析法等,从核心竞争力概念入手,从俱乐部治理能力、运营能力、竞技能力、人力资源管理能力、文化建设能力、基础设施建设等层面,运用2轮德尔菲法确立了俱乐部核心竞争力评价指标体系,包括一级指标5项、二级指标15项、三级指标54项,并采用层次分析法确定各级指标的权重集合,以便为CBA俱乐部打造自身核心竞争力提供给参考。

| Abstract: | By using the methods of literature research,interview,field research and analytic hierarchy process,starting from the concept of core competitiveness,and from the aspects of club governance ability,operation ability,competitive ability,human resource management ability,cultural construction ability and infrastructure construction,the evaluation index system of club core competitiveness is established by using two rounds of Delphi method,including five first level indexes and two second level indexes In order to provide reference for CBA clubs to build their own core competitiveness,the paper uses AHP to determine the weight set of all levels of indicators. |
