摘    要:茄尼醇是存在于茄科植物中的一种萜类物质,尤以烟草中的含量最高,是重要的药物中间体。本文综述了茄尼醇的分布和工业化生产现状,烟草来源茄尼醇的生物分离制备技术,烟草细胞培养生产茄尼醇及其代谢途径和茄尼醇下游产品的转化应用研究进展。

Abstract:Solanesol is known as one kind of important intermediate or medicine, which was mainly found in Solanaceae, such as tobacco. In this paper, the solanesol distribution in nature, the industrial production of solanesol, the biological separation technology of solanesol from tobacco, the tobacco cell culture for solanesol production and solanesol metabolic pathway were reviewed. The progress of its application in downstream drugs production was also discussed.
