摘    要:非连续滴流流量的测量测定是器官离体灌注保存、静脉注射等临床实际及生物医学实验中经常要碰到的问题。该类液流具有非连续、小流量的特点,滴液之间可能间隔较长的时间且间隔不等,常规的各种流量测量技术费用昂贵,且体积大,还不能很好地解决问题。本文提出了液位法的测量方法。利用液位来激发信号,再借助于Intel8051微处理器来解决这一问题。经使用证明该方法准确性好,重复率高,测量误差在-0.25%- 0.25%内,能很好地满足临床上和实验中流量测量和控制的要求。

Abstract:The problem of the flow measurement can be met during the study of isolated kidney.The perfuse fluid of kidney is non sequent and very small. Sometimes there is an interval of quite long time between the dripping flow .The above problem can not be solved by the various normal fluid measurement techniques. A new method to solve this problem, which the measure signal was stimulated by liquid level and processed by Intel 8051 microprocessor. The experiments have showed that this method is effective, its accuracy is about from -0.25% to +0.25% and its duplication is nice. It was well satisfaction to measurement and control of kidney preservation system.
