| 摘 要： | 浙江省水利旅游资源可分为以古代水利设施为主体的人文旅游资源和以现代水工程为依托的自然旅游资源，运用层次分析法以其开发价值进行定量评价，构建评价指标体系，得出5个评价结果，即大中型水库具有较高的开发价值，水工程及库区景观质量是开发的关键；区位条件和客源市场是开发的主要保障；重视水环境保护以促进旅游业可持续发展，水利旅游资源的开发应服从水工程的主体功能需要，由此提出水利旅游资源划分的等级和开发思路。

| Abstract: | The water conservancy tourism resource in Zhejiang can be classified into human cultural tourism resource based on ancient water installations and natural tourism resource based on modern water projects.The value of developing the water conservancy tourism resource in Zhejiang is quantitatively evaluated using AHP.The tourism resource based on water projects can be graded as 5 levels according to the evaluation result. |
