摘    要:记住学生姓名可以缩短师生间的距离,保证教学活动的顺利进行,有助于对学生进行德育教育,有助于建立平等、民主、和谐的师生关系,是建立和谐师生关系的基础和前提。

Abstract:Remembering students' name could shorten the distances between teachers and pupils, guarantee the teaching activity proceed smoothly, be beneficial to proceed the virtuous education to the student, be beneficial to establish equal, democracy, harmonious relation between teachers and pupils. It was a foundation and a premise to establish the harmonious relation between teachers and pupils.
