| 摘 要： | 目的了解产后抑郁症在产妇中发生的情况及主要的影响因素,以提高产科医师对产后抑郁症的认识,并及早采取预防和控制措施。方法对200例孕妇在孕期采用自编一般情况调查表、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行调查。并采用爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)、产后情况调查表进行跟踪调查42天。结果 EPDS阳性率(EPDS≥13分)为24.5%,用单因素和多元回归分析了产后抑郁症的影响因素,年龄、产前接受教育情况以及睡眠情况与产后抑郁症发生的关系最为密切。结论①产后抑郁症在围产期妇女中发生率较高,应引起重视。②产后抑郁症的发生是由多种因素综合作用的结果③加强孕产妇围生期心理保健,完善产后访视系统,对产后抑郁症做到早发现、早治疗。 |

| Abstract: | Objective The prevalence rate related factors and clinical characteristics of postpartum were studied in order to promote obstertrecian’s understanding of the disease and resort to prevention and therapeutic measure earlier.Methods Two hundred puerperal were selected from April 2009 to April 2010 for mood study by self-rating depression scale,self-rating anxiety scale,EPDS depression scale,and self-made questions.Results The prevalence rate of postpartum depression was 24.5%(49/200),in addition,20.5%(41/200)of women got anxiety before delivery,and 18%(36/200) of women got depression before delivery.Age、inadequate study in postpartum and inadequate sleep in postpartum,Which are the risk factors of postpartum depression Conclusion postpartum depression is a spiritual and psychological obstacle with relatively high prevalence rate.bad social psychological factors can bring out and aggravate postpartum depression.It is important to carry out prenatal psychological care and to propagate the knowledge of delivery,to find out and cure of postpartum depression as soon as possible. |
