| 摘 要： | 建立现代企业制度的关键,是建立规范有效、治理良好的法人治理结构和法人治理机制。强化对委托人监督则是建立国企法人治理的重要环节。根据苏东转型国家的经验教训和我国的实践新鲜经验,在改革进入攻坚新阶段,在深化国企产权制度改革的关键时期,把强化对委托人的监督提上重要议事日程,显得尤为重要。
