| 摘 要： | 针对药材中乌头碱、中乌头碱、次乌头碱的提取分离方法进行了研究,本方法提取回收率与碱性苯溶液提取方法相似.方法中所用试剂成本低毒性小,适用于乌头碱、中乌头碱、次乌头碱的提取分离以及对照品的制备。

| Abstract: | A method was established for extracting and separating mesaconitine, aconitine and hypaconitine. The recovery received fromthis method was similar with that of ammoniacal benzene method. This method was at low cost, harmless and suitable for extracting,separating and preparing mesaconitine, aconitine and hypaconitine. |
