| 摘 要： | 知识产权服务体系发育程度深刻影响着一个地区的知识产权的创造、运用、管理和保护的水平。以常州市知识产权服务体系为研究对象,基于行政管理部门组织架构、中介服务机构、公共服务平台三方面分析常州市知识产权服务体系的现状和特点,而后给出了五个对策,为政府及其管理部门制定知识产权服务业的发展战略提供参考。
