| 摘 要： | 本文建立了包含思想政治素质、业务能力、人文科学素质、自然科学素质和身心素质的地方本科院校大学生综合素质评价指标体系,并运用熵权法和变异系数法对指标进行综合赋权,最后利用综合指数法对地方本科院校的大学生综合素质进行综合评价,以期能够为学生教育管理部门和高校的学生管理工作提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | This paper builds an index system of comprehensive evaluation of comprehensive quality of students＇ in local universities： ideological and political quality, business ability, humanities quality, natural science quality and physical and mental quality. And then, we adopt the entropy weight method and the variation coefficient method to conduct combination weight for the indexes. Finally, we carry out the evaluation by using comprehensive index method, hoping to provide a reference for counterparts. |
