How appraise new and high technol-ogy project, occupy the important position in the development of the new high-tech industry.Promote the development of economy, should not merely emphasize the construction and perfectionof the open district, the project that should also be implemented to the open district carrieson strict evaluation, so as to ensure there can be very good development prospect in each openproject, so essential to appraisal of the technological project of the high salary. |
