| 摘 要： | 网络环境下,高校图书馆的数字信息资源建设已成为一项重要工程。本文针对高校图书馆数字信息资源建设的基本内容,对由其引发的知识产权问题进行了探讨,提出了一些规避方法,进而为高校图书馆数字信息资源建设过程中出现的知识产权问题提供了一些建议与应对策略。
