| Abstract: | This article discussed the various copyright issues regarding the establishment of the library＇s document delivery service from the perspectives of public works, reasonable usage, legal permission, public service, and the establishment of commercial copyright protection unions. From these discussions, solutions to solve the copyright issues regarding the document delivery service were found. |
