| 摘 要： | 信息社会面临的一个重要社会问题就是信息污染。信息污染主要表现为信息超载、信息垃圾和计算机病毒等方面。信息污染妨碍信息使用者对真实、正确信息的及时获取和利用,严重干扰国家的信息化建设,阻碍信息市场的有序健康发展。对于信息污染,必须严格加以控制和治理,控制信息污染,主要从信息技术、制度规范和用户防范几方面入手。

| Abstract: | Information pollution is a major social problem of information society. Information pollution includes overload, information junk, computer viruses and so on. Information pollution prevents user from getting true and correct information in time, it also interferes the country＇s information construction and the healthy development of information market. The information pollution should be strictly eontmled and managed such as developing information technology, establishing reasonable system and making users keep away from it. |
