| 摘 要： | 如何评价图书馆组织结构的全理性与有效性,是当前图书馆组织结构研究课题中较少涉及的领域。本文在组织结构评价指标体系构建原则下,从与图书馆实际的匹配性、对外部环境的适应性、运行速度、协同性、先进性及服务绩效等6个方面,设计了图书馆组织结构评价的指标体系。通过问卷调查、专家评价等方法对指标体系进行了优化,并给出了各指标的权重和具体的评价方法,为图书馆组织结构的评价提供参考。

| Abstract: | There is little research in the field of organization structure on how to evaluate whether the organizational structure of library is reasonable and effective.This paper designs a library evaluation index system from 6 aspects:matching principle,adaptability to external environment,running velocity,etc.It optimizes the system with the methods of questionnaire investigation and expert evaluation,and provides the evaluation method by weight of each index,which can be reference of organization structure evaluation of library. |
