| 摘 要： | 数字内容产业随着互联网与数字化运用的新发展日益繁荣。本文以亚马逊、谷歌、百度等为例,介绍了数字内容产业的知识产权授权模式;指出现有的授权模式存在交易成本高,授权主体地位不平等,授权标准不统一,缺乏保障机制等问题;并分别从创新授权模式,加强版权培训,提高法律意识,完善法律,健全保障机制等方面提出建议,以促进数字内容产业知识产权授权工作能够高效有序地开展,促进数字内容产业健康、快速发展。

| Abstract: | As the new development of the Internet and the digital application,the digital content industry is growing prosperously.In this paper,it used Amazon,Google,Baidu etc.as example,in order to introduce the intellectual property of digital content industry authorization model.It pointed out that the existing authorization models have some problems like high transaction costs,authorized subject status is not equal,the authorized standard is not unified,lack of security mechanism etc.It also respectively put forward suggestions from innovating the authorization model,strengthening copyright training,improving the legal awareness;perfecting laws and security machine aspects,to promote its licensing work efficiently and orderly development,and promote the healthy,rapid development of the digital content industry. |
