| 摘 要： | 竞争情报越来越受到企业的重视。但是迄今为止，还没有出现一个对所有行业企业普遍适用的竞争情报系统，真正能够发挥作用并为企业带来效益的，必须是有针对性的为该企业量身定制的竞争情报系统，因此企业竞争情报系统定制前期的情报规划调研工作非常重要。本文主要从用户实力与需求、情报内容采集、情报加工方法、情报输出产品与功能、构建系统框架时可采用的先进理念、系统设计特点几方面的情报调研工作展开探讨，期望起到抛砖引玉的作用。

| Abstract: | While more and more enterprises realize the importance of competitive intelligence, no generally applicable competitive intelligence system exists till these days. Those which can play its role and bring benefits to enterprises must be customized. Therefore, prophase investigation and programming become very significant. This article proposed such six investigation and programming aspects as enterprise＇s strength and requirements, intelligence collecting, intelligence processing methods, output products and functions, advanced concepts on system construction, as well as system design outlines, so as to inspire more research and discussion from those who are interested in this field. |
