| 摘 要： | 专利是企业获取竞争情报的重要来源之一。专利分析可以分为定量分析和定性分析,定量分析是对专利相关数据的统计和计算;定性分析是对专利信息进行的一种深层次分析,具有很强的技术性和专业性。将专利分析方法应用到企业竞争情报的获取中,可以帮助企业获得更有价值的竞争情报,更准确的掌握竞争对手的技术实力,还可以帮助企业推断竞争对手的市场策略。
