| 摘 要： | 本文概述了传统纸质期刊向电子期刊的过渡过程。文中通过实际数据,论及开放存取、机构典藏和论文引用等问题;并且对比以往事例,探讨社会因素对于信息科技的影响。尽管电子期刊日益成为学术交流传播的主流,它的权威性和长久贮存性仍然是有争议的。

| Abstract: | The history of traditional journal and the evolution of electronic publishing have been reviewed briefly.Recent ideas on open access,institutional repository and citation analysis were mentioned with relation to previous concern of the social shaping of communication technologies.Although electronic journal was becoming the main stream of scholar communication,its perpetual access and legitimacy were still challenging. |
