| Abstract: | Firstly,this article defined the connotation of open standard,explored the relationship between open standards and public access to information resource,and its strategies.Then,based on the analysis of patent information disclosure strategy,it put emphasis on analyzing two subsets of open licensing strategy.Lastly,it used a case to illustrate this research. |
