摘    要:当下,太阳能开发利用技术及其推广应用突飞猛进,成为全球发展最快的能源,世界各国都将太阳能资源利用作为国家可持续发展战略的重要内容,以平板太阳能、太阳能热发电、太阳能空调等为代表的太阳能热利用产业蓬勃发展。本文以中国太阳能热利用产业专利数据分析与决策支撑平台建设为例,着力探析国家、省、市科技情报机构三级联动共推平台建设的最佳模式,以期为政府领导决策、企业科技创新和中国太阳能热利用产业的健康发展提供科技支撑,同时为我国科技情报事业的长远发展提供新的路径选择。

Abstract:At present,the development and utilization of solar energy technology and its popularization and application make a spurt of progress,As the world's fastest growing energy,All countries in the world solar energy resource utilization as the national important content of strategy of sustainable development,In the flat plate solar energy,solar thermal power generation,solar energy air conditioning as the representative of the solar energy industry booming development.This paper took the Chinese solar energy industry patent data analysis and decision support platform construction for example,Exert oneself of country,province,city,orgnaization of information of science and technology three grade joint pushing platform construction was the best mode,with period for the government decision-making,the enterprise technological innovation and China solar thermal industry health development to provide scientific and technological support,at the same time for the long-term development of China's sci-tech information provided a new path selection.
