摘    要:本文以馆员知识服务能力为研究对象,以其相关理论为研究基础,尝试从心理契约的视角并将心理契约嵌入到馆员知识服务能力的研究中。界定了心理契约的内涵、特征,详细论述了馆员知识服务能力、存在的问题及体系构建,重点提出了馆员知识服务能力提升的若干有效措施和保障,管控心理契约动态变化环节,以提升知识服务绩效为目的,实现馆员知识服务能力体系构建及知识服务能力得到有效提升。本文期待以此为理论研究的突破口,拓宽馆员知识服务能力理论研究的新思路。

Construction of Librarians' Knowledge Service Capability Based on Embedded Psychological Contract

Abstract:On the basis of relevance theory,this paper took the librarians' knowledge service capability as the research object from the perspective of psychological contract.Firstly,the study defined and analyzed the connotation,features,librarians' knowledge service capability,existing problems and system construction.Secondly,the effective measuring and guaranteeing for the improvement of knowledge service capability were proposed to enhance the knowledge service performance for the purpose,which effectively managed and controlled aspects of the dynamic changes of psychological contract and ensured that the librarians' knowledge service capacity and its supporting system had been effectively upgraded.Finally,they also expected to take this research direction as a theory breakthrough to broaden the theoretic way of knowledge service capability.
