| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了在富媒体环境下和数字化校园建设的架构下，数据的类型和集合不断增加，技术发展推动新一代图书馆知识资源建设和知识规划的变革，富媒体环境下信息技术和资源类型使新一代图书馆的服务框架、资源框架、知识链框架、管理框架（质量控制框架）、技术支撑框架、数字空间知识框架、外部辅助框架等发生变化。具体影响有环境、空间、资源、新技术、管理、协同关系、实现流程、服务、使用、安全、保存、外包、交互等知识存储、利用、发展因素，富媒体和信息技术集成了以数据为基础的知识机构、知识组织、知识共享等各种资源因素之间的复用关系，这些关系与组合构成新一代图书馆新技术新媒体推动下的富媒体虚拟知识运行机制、知识服务及知识服务支撑、资源整合（Open Access、机构知识库）、管理策略、知识空间复用等。

| Abstract: | This paper described the rich media environment and the construction of digital campus architecture,the type of data collection and increasing,promoted the development of technology of a new generation of library knowledge resources and knowledge construction planning changes,rich media environment of information technology and resource type make service framework,a new generation of library resources,knowledge chain framework,framework management framework (quality control framework),technical framework,digital spatial knowledge framework,external auxiliary frame changes. Environment,space,resources,technology,management,collaborative relations,implementation process,service,factors use,safety,preservation,outsourcing,interaction and knowledge storage,utilization and development of specific effects,rich media and information technology integration of the relationship between knowledge reuse mechanism,based on the data of knowledge organization,knowledge sharing etc. The relationship between these factors and resources,combination of new media and technologies of a new generation of library to promote the rich media knowledge operation mechanism,the knowledge service and knowledge service support,integration of resources (Open Access,institutional repository),knowledge management strategy,spatial multiplexing. |
