| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济时代的来临,知识服务成为高校图书馆服务发展的必然趋势。采用网络调查和问卷调查相结合的方法,对黑龙江省10所代表性高校图书馆知识服务的开展情况、图书馆员对图书馆知识服务的认知及读者对图书馆知识服务的认知、需求和满意程度进行调研,发现黑龙江省高校图书馆知识服务存在的主要问题,并结合黑龙江省的实际情况,有针对地提出了适合黑龙江省高校图书馆知识服务的提升策略与方法。

| Abstract: | With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,knowledge service has become the inevitable trend of service development of university library.This paper investigated the development of the knowledge service of the ten university libraries of Heilongjiang Province,the librarian's cognition of library knowledge service and the readers' knowledge,needed and satisfaction degree of library knowledge service depending on a method of combining network investigation and questionnaire survey.The paper found out the main problems in the knowledge service of University Libraries in Heilongjiang Province,and then it Combined with the actual situation of Heilongjiang Province,and put forward improving strategy and method of the knowledge service for University Library in Heilongjiang province. |
