| 摘 要： | 微信服务作为高校图书馆信息服务的新发展方向，在服务形式、信息推送速率、稳定性、使用成本等方面具有一定的优势，其服务内容也比较丰富。本文通过文献分析和网络调研发现，现有的高校图书馆微信服务存在着诸如栏目设置随意、内容创新不足、更新率低、平台功能不完善、宣传推广不足和用户群缺乏稳定性等情况，在此基础上对微信的运营管理、信息与语言组织、平台功能、推送策略、稳定相应用户方面提出了应对策略，以期对高校图书馆开展微信服务提供理论依据与事实参考。

| Abstract: | As a new developing direction of information service of university library, in the service form、information push rate、stability、cost, etc., WeChat service has a certain advantage, and the content is relatively rich. In this paper, through literature analysis and network research, the current WeChat university library service also exist some insufcient, such as setting up at random、insufcient content innovation、lowly update、not perfect platform function、lack of promotion、readers lack of stability, etc. On this basis reserch, this paper had made some coping strategies, such as operations management, information and language organization, platform function, push strategy, stabilize the user, etc., in order to provide theoretical and reference for university library to carry out the WeChat service. |
