| 摘 要： | 网络环境下，网络用户信息搜寻能力直接影响其信息的获取和利用水平。本文在结合网络用户信息搜寻行为特征的基础上，构建网络用户信息搜寻模型，并从收益和成本两个角度探究其中的影响因素。研究发现：信息搜寻收益、信息搜寻成本是网络用户信息搜寻能力的直接影响因素；信息搜寻意识、信息搜寻知识显著影响信息搜寻收益，信息搜寻知识、信息搜寻技能、信息搜寻平台显著影响信息搜寻成本，并通过它们影响信息搜寻能力；SNS社交环境显著影响信息搜寻意识、信息搜寻知识、信息搜寻技能，从而间接影响信息搜寻能力。

| Abstract: | Under the network environment,the information seeking ability of network users directly affected the level of obtaining and using information.On the basic of combining the information seeking behavior's features,this article constructed the information seeking of network users' model,researching the influencing factors in benefits and costs.Through the researching,the paper found that the direct influencing factors in information seeking ability of network users were the benefits and costs of information seeking;the benefits of information seeking was obviously influenced by the awareness,acknowledge of information seeking,the acknowledge,skills and platforms of information seeking were obviously affected the costs of the information seeking and influencing the information seeking ability;the SNS social environment obviously influenced the awareness,acknowledge and skills of information seeking,which were indirectly affected the information seeking ability. |
